At Harbour Outdoor, we stand behind the quality of our luxury furniture and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection is not the perfect fit for your space, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Secure Original Packaging

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective materials included to ensure the furniture is not damaged during the transit back to our warehouse.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with our white-glove logistics partners to schedule a convenient time for the collection of your items.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items and confirms they are in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
